Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time and your account will remain active until the end of your billing period.
You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limit. Once reached, you won't be able to create new items of that type until the next billing period (for monthly limits) or until you upgrade. You can also purchase bolt-on packs to increase specific limits without upgrading your entire plan.
Yes, modules are optional add-ons billed separately from your base plan. Each module has its own monthly price and can be activated or deactivated at any time. Some modules have a minimum tier requirement.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Direct debit is also available for annual plans. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
